My experience living at artisan in downtown Chandler has been really good for the four months I’ve been here. Admittedly, I was a little hesitant with some of the reviews and people talking about management constantly changing but Val and Daysie have been amazing since my move in. Work orders have been address quickly and I’ve even noticed the grounds looking a lot better since I moved in which is a credit to the maintenance team. This is a good place to live and I recommend it!

Very excited, just got my keys! I wanted a specefic unit and Daysie as well as maintenance did everything in their power to make it happen. I am very grateful and was even informed there will be free tacos the day of my move in! All in all very pleased with my experience!

I have been living here for five years and I do have to admit that the new manager and Cindy are truly the best that I have ever seen. A have seen a couple of managers and a lot of front end staff. The ladies that are there now are friendly and get the job done. Maintenance was horrible and it is starting to look promising. WHOO HOO! TO THE NEW MANAGER AND THE NEW TEAM BEHIND AND BESIDE HIM.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. The staff in the office are very nice. The location is great, I live in the heart of downtown Chandler. I am very happy living here.

So far I like the Manager. Update. I like that it wasn’t complicated moving in. I like the coziness. They had pest control come out. The place has lots of potential. Starting with parking lot. If I was managing I would pave the parking lot. Power spray buildings . Add security gates. When new tenants move in I would caulk replace toilet seat. Paint. Clean air condition filters. Clean air vents appliances. As manager I would walk through the apartment for final inspection before new tenant move in. Hire security to come through several times at night. Being so close to downtown and the style of the apartments it would be well worth investment. Dog park laundry room pool and fitness room clean. I can see Artisan Downtown Chandler winning most improve apartment complex. Most affordable Apartment complex. Friendliest office staff award.
